By accessing or using the CloudGlobal360 Field Service platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You are responsible for your account, your team members' access, and all activity under your organization. Keep credentials secure.
For your security, a session is automatically signed out after 4 hours of inactivity, and an account may be signed in on at most 3 devices at a time - a new device beyond that limit signs the oldest one out. Changing your password immediately ends every other active session.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, unless otherwise stated at signup) through our payment processor, Stripe. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you retain full access through that date. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or any reason other than as required by applicable law, except where we determine in our sole discretion that a refund is appropriate. This policy is shown to you before you subscribe and is the refund policy referenced for any payment dispute.
You own your data. We process it only to provide the Service and never sell it to any third party. You may export or request deletion of your organization's data at any time.
We take an automatic backup of your business data several times a day and retain it for 90 days: frequently for the most recent 14 days, then weekly. These backups exist so that we can recover the Service following an incident on our side. They are provided on a best-effort basis, are not a guarantee against data loss, and are not a substitute for your own records.
You remain responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. Settings → Data export produces spreadsheet copies of your customers, jobs, quotes and invoices at any time, and we recommend downloading them at least every 60 days. Uploaded files such as job photos and signed documents are not included in those spreadsheet exports.
Because the Service runs on shared infrastructure serving many businesses, we cannot roll the platform back to an earlier point in time on the request of a single account. Any recovery we perform for an individual account is carried out at our discretion, from the backups described above, and is limited to the retention window stated here.
No unlawful, infringing, or abusive use. No attempts to breach security or access other tenants' data.
The Service can connect to third-party providers - including Stripe, QuickBooks Online, cal.com, Twilio, Facebook, and Slack - solely to relay information between your account and theirs. Each provider is a separate company with its own terms of service and privacy policy, and your account with that provider is yours, not ours. We do not hold the financial or personal data that lives inside a connected third-party account; it resides with that provider, under that provider's own terms, except for the specific information you authorize us to read or write on your behalf as part of the connection (for example, an invoice total sent to QuickBooks, or a lead's name and contact details received from a Facebook form).
Connecting an integration authorizes it directly with your own login credentials for that provider; we never see or store your password there. We store only the resulting access token or API key, scoped to the actions you approved, for as long as the connection remains active, and you may revoke it at any time from Settings → Integrations or directly with the provider.
You are solely responsible for maintaining a valid, correctly configured account with each third-party provider you connect. If a connection stops working because of an issue with your own account at that provider - an expired token, a revoked permission, a billing hold, or a misconfigured page or workspace - resolving it is your responsibility, coordinated through your own marketing manager, account administrator, or IT support as applicable. We are not liable for a third-party provider's uptime, errors, pricing, policy changes, or its handling of data once that data is with them.
Facebook Lead Ads and Stripe Connect (customer payment collection) are offered as Beta features. Their availability and reliability depend in part on systems operated by Meta and Stripe that are outside our control. A connectivity failure, delivery delay, or account-configuration problem originating with either provider is not a defect in the Service and creates no liability for CloudGlobal360 or any individual developer or engineer; responsibility for resolving it rests with your organization.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to these Terms is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or lost data beyond what Section 5 describes.
